Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Wesley Willis collects when you use our store, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and your order contents. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse, we collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit. This comes from cookies and similar tools, described in our Cookies Policy.

If you join our email list or contact support, we keep your email address and the messages you send us.

Why we collect it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, improve the store, and, if you've opted in, send you marketing emails. That's it. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make the store run: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, and analytics and advertising partners such as Google. Each receives only what it needs for its job and is required to protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Marketing emails

You'll only receive marketing from us if you signed up for it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. Transactional emails about your orders will still arrive, since you need those.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Depending on where you live, including under state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have additional rights. Security

The store runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and checkout is handled by PCI-compliant payment providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information.
